From Niagara's most premium vineyards, including those shovel planted by the Speck Bros. starting in 1984, our red wines are aged in a combination of French and American oak resulting in sturdy, bright wines with juicy red to black berry flavours. The heavy clay soils, with their tossed-up limestone, naturally limit the yields per vine and make for VQA wines of intensity and character.
