Join @bodhibyvanessa on June 20th for a Summer Solstice morning at Henry of Pelham Winery. A chance to slow down, move your body, and connect in nature. The session will begin with a 60-minute all-levels yoga practice surrounded by the vines, followed by a wine tasting flight and your own personal charcuterie box to enjoy and unwind.
This experience is designed to feel easy, welcoming, and a little bit indulgent.
