Extracting a light colour from the pigmented skins of select red grape varieties prior to a cool fermentation produces a vibrant fresh rosé with an intense fruit character. Our table and sparkling rosé wines come from the Niagara Peninsula, the most prominent wine region in Canada, representing nearly 2/3 of the country's wine grapes and 98% of Ontario's.

Meet Rosé Wine
The scent of rose petals precedes flavours of elderflower, cherries, and raspberries in our dry Rosé. Pair this easy-going wine with pizza, chicken, or sushi.
Cuvée Catharine Rosé Brut
Named in memory of Henry’s wife, widow, and family matriarch, Catharine Smith, this wine is composed from the traditional grape varieties of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay to make a Niagara expression of a time honoured wine style. The secondary fermentation is done in-bottle and the wine is aged for up to 24 months on the lees. Perfumed, round, and berry-toned. All grapes for this Canadian sparkling wine are farmed by family-owned vineyards.
