Stretch & Sip 1/2 Day Yoga Retreat

Saturday August 10th 2024 - Join us for a rejuvenating 1/2 Day Yoga Retreat at Henry of Pelham Family Estate Winery! Join Antonietta for a beautiful 45-minute asana practice and Vanessa for 30 minutes of breathwork and meditation. After practice, you will enjoy a light snack before heading out on your wine tour of Henry of Pelham. After the tour, you will enjoy a delicious lunch provided by Natures Corner (vegetarian and gluten-free options available), freshly made iced tea and a wine flight.
