Join me on June 20th for a Summer Solstice morning at Henry of Pelham Winery a chance to slow down, move your body, and connect in nature.
We’ll begin with a 60-minute all-levels yoga practice surrounded by the vines, followed by a wine tasting flight and your own personal charcuterie box to enjoy and unwind.
This experience is designed to feel easy, welcoming, and a little bit indulgent.
No experience needed — beginners are absolutely welcome.
