Hatha Yoga & Chakra Sound Healing

Enjoy a 45 min all-Level Hatha yoga practice followed by 30 minutes of chakra sound healing in the beautiful Henry of Pelham Family Estate Winery ballroom. After practice enjoy a guided tasting flight.
