The Winery & Tours
Henry of Pelham Family Estate Winery is a premium estate winery located on the Short Hills Bench at the base of the Niagara Escarpment (a United Nations biosphere) in St. Catharines, Ontario. Owned and operated by the Speck family since 1988.
“There’s a cozy, historic feel to this family winery 18 miles outside of town. Henry of Pelham crafts delicious sparkling rose and crisp unoaked Chardonnay, as well as reds like Pinot Noir and Baco Noir, made from a hybrid grape that’s Ontario’s answer to Zinfandel and Syrah.”
- Bon Appetit, June 2009
We offer a full wine experience from tours and tastings, open air casual dining, and a permanent art collection on display.

Bobbi Speck Art Collection
While visiting the winery, please feel free take the time to wander through the building and view the fine art collected by our parents, Paul and Bobbi Speck, throughout the 1970′s.
These original paintings are from a range of Canadian artists that passed through the beautiful Annex area of Toronto where we lived growing up. Our parents offered free studio space to a variety of these painters and sculptors in the early stages of their careers and we now proudly display their art throughout the winery buildings and offices.
Guests are welcome to visit the Ballroom above the tasting room where many of the oil paintings are on view for free.
