Winemaker's Notes
• Harvest Dates: September 5th - September 30th, 2010
• 40% Estate grown with overall yields between 3 and 4 tonnes an acre
• 40% barrel fermented and age in barrel for 8 months
• 60% fermented in stainless steel tanks
• No malolactic fermentation to promote fresh fruit
• Chardonnay 44%, Gewürztraminer 29%, Viognier 14%, Chardonnay Musqué 13%
